Life Designs
Well you never know what life will bring you. Good or bad it comes and little that can be done. Sometimes we can't see what can be done or see it to late. I have something in my life that I am working on changing. ( Actually more than one thing) It comes to slowly but it comes..
Well the past month saw good things and not so good things. At this time the not so good out weigh the good but it will change. I am confident of that.
Others are having life designs also as a couple graduation, a marriage and a baby shower happen this month. The people that are involved hopefully will use these new times for fun, exploration ,and enjoyment in their lives. And I hope they will remember best layed plans often change when you don't expect it. A friend at work and I found out about other peole changing plans for us when we wanted to have lunch together. Well that didn't happen. But I learned about alot of things that I did not know and that keeps life interesting. (Lori next week I hope)
Anyway the weather changed many plans and lives here this week with over flowing creeks and
underwater trucks and collapsed basements. I am hoping for only good things for these people.
So keep designing your life and all that comes with it!

End of June
June will be at an end soon but at least today was a super great sunny day. This week will be warm (Hoo and Ray) and some days rain (blah). I am doing some cleaning today and trying to clean my scrap table and area. I really need a good system to keep everythign in reach when Ineed it. Keep trying to find something.
I started facebook a few weeks ago and then found out some people I know have an account so I have been dabbling and learning the fine art of booking. Hey book really is my favorite word in more ways than one! Join me there!
Am off to read a book and have a glass of wine. I am toasting my friends at work. I am amazed at all the work we do and how we get through it. I am amazed much of the time at work anyway! Tee hee.

SummerTime
I cannot believe it has been so looooong since I posted. Work and life took over I guess. I have some great pictures from snowshoeing that I wil post when the weather gets hot!
We had great winter with the fam and the Easter Holiday was lots of fun.Pics comingon that also.
My husband had a job interview out of town so we drove there went to Disney and Universal for 5 dys. The hotel was amazing. A few stories connected to that trip! LOL!
I have done some scrapping and hope to have more time now that I have asked for less hours at work. Hopefully that will happen at least for the summer!
Karla is home from her European trip and was missed so much. She enjoyed her 10 days abroad but was glad to get home. Well semi glad as she reste dfor three days but then back to work for her.
Will keep posting and more pics coming soon!

A New Year
WOW! I knew it had been awhile since I have signed in but I did not realize it was before Halloween! Business has kept me going and away from here. Unfortunately I have not been scrapping either :( My daughters soccer team http://www.hurstathletics.com/news/2008/11/21/WSOC_1121084829.aspx went to the elite 8 and it was so exciting. It was the first year in the PSAC for us and we did very well. We were wondering going in what impact we would have and it seems it was all good! We won the Atlantic Reagion and the PSAC Tournament title! So thrilling. This group of young ladies worked hard for the past three years and deserved to go as far as they did. After the excitment of soccer we went right in to the holidays and will nto slow down till I get my decoratiosn put away. The holidays were great. We added new family members so all was right with the world. We visited with friends and they visted us and that is what Christmas is all about. The people not the things! Just like life its self. I hope all your sorrows melt away with the snow and your life is filled with warmth and light as this new year gets under way.
